1:1 Somatic Coaching

Guiding individuals to move from stress and reactivity into clarity, grounded presence, and authentic connection through embodied presence and nervous system literacy.

As humans, we’re wired for connection — it’s through relationship that we learn safety, trust, and collaboration. Yet in modern culture, many of us have been conditioned to lead from isolation, control, or self-reliance. When we lose touch with connection — to ourselves, others, and the larger systems we’re part of — leadership becomes reactive rather than responsive.

From a nervous system perspective, connection is what restores coherence. When we experience safety and attunement, our physiology naturally settles, allowing clarity, creativity, and openness to emerge. In this work, Arielle helps leaders develop the capacity to stay connected — even in challenge — so they can respond to complexity with steadiness and presence.

Through a trauma-informed and somatic approach, you’ll learn to recognize and shift the unconscious patterns that keep you in survival, cultivating a grounded presence that fosters trust and alignment in those around you.

As your nervous system becomes more coherent, every part of your life and leadership begins to function with greater harmony. Flexibility and resilience increase, stress patterns unwind, and the space for creativity, empathy, and effective action expands.

Work Together

A Trauma-Informed,
Somatic Approach

Arielle’s work is rooted in professional training in Somatic Experiencing® (SE) — a body-oriented method developed by Dr. Peter Levine and informed by over five decades of research in stress physiology, neuroscience, psychology, and indigenous healing traditions.

This trauma-informed approach recognizes that our patterns of leadership, communication, and behavior are shaped by the nervous system — by how our bodies have learned to stay safe, connect, and respond to challenge. These patterns are not flaws to fix, but intelligent adaptations that once served us and can be renegotiated with awareness.

SE helps identify where the nervous system may be stuck in fight, flight, or freeze, and gently guides it toward more flexibility and choice — not by reliving the past, but by engaging the body’s innate capacity for regulation and repair. Through this process, energy once bound in survival begins to move again, restoring clarity, connection, and creative flow.

Healing — whether from trauma or chronic stress — is inherently relational and nonlinear. It unfolds through presence, attunement, and respect for the body’s natural pacing. Over time, this work helps restore coherence in the system, allowing for greater resilience, self-trust, and aliveness in how we lead and live.

Coaching for Lasting Change

I use the word coaching not because I hold the answers, but because I walk with you — as a guide, a mirror, and an ally in your unfolding.

This is not a hierarchical model. It’s a relational one. I’m not here to tell you who to be, but to help you see what’s hard to see alone. The blind spots shaped by old survival patterns. The quiet truths beneath protective habits. The places where your aliveness is ready to emerge.

What sets this work apart is that we don’t just talk about change. We follow the body. We track your nervous system, your sensations, your impulses. We listen for what’s ready to shift and what still needs safety. We let the intelligence of the body lead.

My role is to help you build capacity, deepen presence, and stay with what’s real, even when it’s uncomfortable. I offer accountability, reflection, and gentle challenge. But the wisdom? That lives in you.

This is coaching as collaboration. Guided by the body, rooted in trust, and devoted to your most authentic unfolding.
