Hi, I’m Arielle.

I work at the intersection of healing and leadership — where the nervous system, consciousness, and creativity meet.

My approach integrates somatics, consciousness studies, and transformational coaching to nurture resilience, authenticity, and embodied impact as natural expressions of wholeness. Rooted in nervous system awareness and trauma-informed principles, this work supports individuals and organizations in leading from presence — transforming reactivity into responsiveness and intention into aligned action.

Through this work, we begin to see how unconscious patterns shape our choices and relationships, and how presence restores coherence. From that ground, leadership becomes a living expression of life moving through us — steady, creative, and alive.

Experience

Before founding Syntropy Alive, Arielle spent a decade in higher education as an Assistant Teaching Professor and Program Director at the University of Colorado’s ATLAS Institute, leading programs in Creative Technology and Design at the intersection of engineering, art, and human experience. Her academic leadership focused on fostering innovation, curiosity, and conscious collaboration, guiding students and interdisciplinary research teams to move fluidly between analysis and intuition, structure and flow.

Her earlier work as an interaction and user experience designer examined how people and technology shape one another, influencing perception, connection, and meaning. This inquiry into the interplay between systems and self, logic and intuition, continues to inform her approach to leadership and nervous system work today.

Over the years, Arielle has brought this integrative lens into transformational settings, facilitating programs and supporting global organizations devoted to human potential and collective evolution. Across each of these spaces, her work remains rooted in the same principle: when we restore coherence within ourselves, it’s mirrored in the cultures and communities we help shape.

Arielle holds a Master’s degree from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, along with advanced certification training in Somatic Experiencing®, leadership and organizational development, transformational coaching, and integrative maternal care.
