Hi, I’m Arielle.
I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, trauma-informed Educator, and Guide who supports individuals and groups in moving out of survival patterns into thriving, embodied presence.
With a specialty in nervous system and trauma healing, I support women to integrate limiting experiences and move through major threshold crossings — birth, grief, becoming — to help them shed what no longer serves, so they can inhabit their life with more truth, presence, and wholeness.
With deep reverence for the body’s intelligence and life’s natural rhythms, my work is grounded, intuitive, and transformational. I support people in softening what’s been held, reclaiming what’s been hidden, and coming home to their wild, embodied, fully alive self.
Since my early adulthood, I’ve been devoted to a path of expansion and transformation. This journey has carried me through the fires of physical healing, into profoundly mystical experiences, and through disorienting seasons of feeling lost, cracked open, and unsure of who I was becoming. Over and over again, Life has initiated me — through trauma, beauty, and change — into deeper layers of embodiment and authentic inner knowing.
I’ve come to trust that the moments we least understand are often the ones that shape us the most. They invite us to shed what no longer fits, to sit with the discomfort we’d rather bypass, and to allow ourselves to be transformed. When we turn toward the pain, the fear, the uncertainty — instead of avoiding it — we begin to liberate the light that’s been hidden inside it all along.
Much of my work lives in this space — supporting others through initiatory thresholds that ask everything of them: becoming a parent, starting a business, navigating health challenges, or moving through relationship ruptures. These moments crack something open. They surface old wounds and survival patterns, but they also hold the potential for profound growth and healing. I’m here to help my clients stay with what arises — not just emotionally, but energetically and physically. Because I understand how trauma lives in the body, I guide the unwinding of what’s stuck, so the nervous system can reorganize toward greater flow and freedom.
The transformational work I offer is grounded in both my lived experience and extensive professional training. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a certified INNATE Traditions Practitioner. I’ve completed multiple professional trainings in pre- and perinatal dynamics, with a focus on early imprints and the development of the nervous system. I’ve also studied closely with mentors from the Conscious Leadership Group, whose work continues to shape my approach.
My path has continually asked me to hold complexity, to cultivate steadiness from within, to attune to the subtle and unseen, and to turn toward what many might turn away from. These qualities live at the heart of my practice and inform how I walk alongside others in their own process of healing and becoming.
I carry a fierce and tender devotion to the work of healing — not as a linear fix, but as a sacred unfolding. I believe true empowerment begins when we meet the places we've been taught to avoid with presence and truth. In doing so, we open to the greater intelligence moving through all of life, making space — from the inside out — for light to return and consciousness to expand.
I live with my beloved family in the Colorado foothills, where I move through life as an undomesticated wife and mother — following the rhythms of the Earth and the inner pulses of creativity, listening for what wants to emerge through me. When I’m not with clients or groups, you’ll find me reclaiming the sacred in the everyday, chasing moments of beauty, and learning through my own lived experience — always reaching toward more aliveness, alignment, and connection.
